Victoria Schuster MA, Mental Health Counseling, MAMHC

My main goal as a mental health counselor is to offer you a supportive, compassionate space to help you find your way through those difficult times in your life. Through our work together, we can assess and work on identifying where you are mentally and emotionally, including how ready you are to identify and change behavior and thought patterns that may no longer be serving you. I utilize my training in trauma-centered and behavioral-based modalities to help empower you to move forward in your life. My clinical work and professional research is focused primarily on children, adolescents, and early adulthood, but I also enjoy working with those outside of those bounds. I look forward to working with you!

Amy Benedict, MEd, MSMFT

As a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, I am able to offer a sliding scale fee while I complete my hours for licensure. I am honored to welcome individuals, couples and families into a secure, transparent and deeply accepting therapeutic space where both inner and relational awareness can develop and flourish.
I incorporate experiential techniques that encourage greater self expression, mindfulness and the integration of preferred ways of being. Clients discover and connect with strengths and vital parts of themselves, opening up new possibilities for healing, intimacy and meaning in life.

I hold masters degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Integrated Education. I am also a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant and interfaith minister. This symbolic artistic work combines with my experience in holistic education to inform my therapy with clients facing challenges and navigating all developmental stages and thresholds.
